37 Ways To Get Free Amazon Gift Cards

It kind of goes without saying, we all love Amazon, right?

But the costs stack up pretty quickly – especially with Christmas just around the corner.

What if I told you that you could get some free Amazon gift cards to use?

Quidco*

I LOVE Quidco*, because it’s one of those ways that you can make money by doing barely anything.

It’s a cashback site where you can get money back on things that you would be buying anyway. The way that it works is by finding the stores that you want to purchase from, click through and purchase as you usually would. That’s it!

You can cashout direct to your bank, but it’s actually more lucrative to redeem free Amazon gift cards. If you’re wondering how to get free Amazon gift cards, this is a great one to try.

Inbox Pounds

There is a US equivalent called Inbox Dollars, and they work in the same way.

You can earn by answering surveys, playing games, searching the web, signing up to offers and more.

They will send you PaidEmails (their term), which are based on your activity. Members who actively participate may receive up to 3 PaidEmails per day, while Members who do not actively participate may not receive any.

You will get £1 just for signing up.

FeaturePoints

This is another app downloading one, where you can then redeem your cash or free Amazon gift cards. You can try free games on the apps – you only need to use the apps for a few minutes and you’ll be credited.

You can also complete surveys and earn cashback with FeaturePoints.

Toluna

Toluna say that they “provide consumer insights for the on-demand economy”. I don’t personally use Toluna, and I think that they are primarily a survey site with a very active forum.

They say that most of the surveys will last between 15 and 20 minutes time.

You will get points for the time spent giving your opinion, which you can redeem for cash, tickets into sweepstakes or free Amazon gift cards (there are other gift card options too).

PrizeRebel

PrizeRebel is a free membership rewards site. In return for your time and participation, you will earn points which you can redeem for brand name gift cards (e.g. free Amazon gift cards), online game codes, Amazon items and cash via Paypal.

You can earn points by completing paid surveys, watching videos and completing offers.

Receipt Hog

You know the receipts that you get after buying stuff, that you just throw away into the recycling bin? Stop! You can earn money from your receipts with a few great apps that are out there.

The app is free to use and you need to take a photo of your receipt on the app and to answer a couple of questions.

In terms of how much money you get for the receipts that you upload and the ‘coins’ that this gets you, here is what you get:

LifePoints Panel

This is a paid online survey site, where you will get rewarded for completing surveys.

Occasionally, diaries will be sent out where members will record specific behaviour or habits for the amount of time that’s being asked. Other times, products will be mailed to members’ home address for product testing and will then be prompted with questions about the product.

Qmee

Qmee is a browser extension and mobile app, where you can be rewarded for your opinions, your searches and purchases.

They generally pay out via Paypal but sometimes they may offer the option to spend your Qmee rewards on a gift card – like a free Amazon gift card.

Maru Voice*

This is one of the newer survey sites that I’ve come across recently, and it’s proving very popular so far.

You must be willing to take part in at least one survey every three months.

Most of the surveys award between 50 and 500 points if you complete them. When you reach 1000 points in your member account you can redeem this for £10 for a free Amazon gift card, iTunes voucher or another gift card that is available.

MobileXpression

This is an app which looks at the way that you are using the internet on your phone, for market research purposes.

To join, you must be over 18 years old and own a mobile phone that has access to the internet and will be compatible with their software.

Surveyeah

Surveyeah is an online consumer panel, by registering you will participate in market research to outline the features that products not yet launched on the market will have.

You will receive the paid surveys by email and when you complete them you will see your balance increase.

You will receive a reward after completing each paid survey. Please note though, that the account will be credited when the number of responses required by the market research has been collected. It can take up to one month from the date of participation!

Job Spotter

This is one of my favourite apps ever! I think that I love it because it’s like a game. It’s fun!

The general gist of it is that you will be taking photos of any job adverts that you see in store windows. You know when you’re walking around the shops and you see signs like “Store Manager needed, 30 hours a week”? These are the ones you want to take pics of!

I enjoy doing this with my daughter as well, as it’s fun to do with her and she enjoys running around trying to find them first, but we make money too.

GetPaidTo

You will get paid for filling in surveys, watching videos, playing games and more.

You can cashout via bank transfer or gift cards. 5,000 points = $1.

Bean

This is a website that will help you to stay on top of your subscriptions. Seriously, I spoke to someone not long ago who had 4 gym memberships and wasn’t going to any.

Bean will help you to cancel any unwanted subscriptions, which is so helpful when you have a really busy life.

You’ll need to connect your bank account (it’s legit), and after 30 days you will be credited with a £5 free Amazon gift card.

inCompass

This is a market research project that involves monitoring how you use the internet.

For some people this will involve installing the Mediacell+ app on your Smartphone (if you have one) and the inCompass app on your other electronic devices. The Applications monitor your behaviour for a period of time. Another method is a 7-day diary which is completed each day.

You will be rewarded with online vouchers. You will receive £20 in vouchers after your first month on the panel and an additional £10 every month you are part of the panel.

Alternatively, you may be sent a smartphone-like device which has the Mediacell app preloaded on it, in which case you will receive a £10 reward every month you carry the device with you and keep the inCompass app running on your other devices (if any).

If you’re completing the diary, you’ll be rewarded £5 for completing the 7-day diary (typically 4 times a year).

Shoppix

This is a receipt app, where you can be rewarded for uploading your receipts.

Huyu

This is another receipt app, where you will be rewarded for uploading your receipts. Once you’ve received 500 points, you can get a £5 free Amazon gift card.

Honey*

Honey is one of the best little known money saving/making secrets out there! I first found out about the app when I was writing an article about it for one of my freelance writing clients.

I was instantly hooked! It’s brilliant.

You know when you are buying something online, and then during the checkout it asks you to enter a coupon code? Cue having a search around on Google trying to find one. Sometimes you can’t find one, or forget to do it in the first place!

The great thing about Honey is that it will automatically look for coupon codes for you, and let you know if it has found any. You don’t have to do a thing!

It’s a free Chrome extension that you set up and leave it to run in the background. When you are shopping and at the checkout, it will let you know if there are any coupons.

Survey Junkie

Survey Junkie is a paid online survey site. It works by asking your opinion on things and rewarding you for them and your time.

You will collect points which you can then convert to Amazon gift cards once you’ve reached a certain amount.

Before you select a survey to complete, it will tell you how many points you will get for it, and how long it will take.

100 Survey Junkie points = $1. Most surveys you take will earn you between 10 – 90 points. You can cash out when you get to 1000 points ($10). Once you have redeemed it, you will receive your Amazon gift card codes immediately.

MyPoints

MyPoints is an app that you can earn rewards on, in a similar way to the other sites mentioned in this article.

You can earn points from answering surveys, watching videos, playing games, searching the web and more. You can even earn points for buying gift cards!

InboxDollars

If you’re wondering if any of these sites are legit, they are! InboxDollars has paid out over $50 million to its members already. That’s huge!

There are a lot of ways that you can make money from InboxDollars. Some ways include:

• Referring your friends (you can earn 10% of the members earnings)

One of the best things about InboxDollars is that you don’t earn points but cash – so you can easily see how much you are earning as you go along.

Formerly known as Ebates (I still can’t get used to the new name!), this is a really popular site/app.

It’s a cashback site, where you can earn money back on purchases that you make.

There are over 2500 stores that you can claim cashback with on Rakuten, such as Amazon, Target and Forever 21.

There is a low payment threshold of $5, which is a bonus.

Drop

This is another cashback app that you can get money back on your purchases.

This will only work if you pay for your purchases via card unfortunately. If you use cashback credit cards then you can earn cashback from both.

Ibotta

This is a perfect way to earn gift cards from your grocery shopping, which we all do even if we are trying to save money. Gotta buy that food!

You will save money on products if you complete some simple tasks and then upload your receipt to the app.

You can also work as a team on these and earn more as part of a network than you would on your own.

Amazon Mechanical Turk

This is an Amazon company, where you can get paid to complete tasks which they refer to as Human Intelligence Tasks.

Examples of some of the tasks are things like transcribing audio, identifying pictures, survey participation and more.

Opinion Outpost

This is an online survey site where you can earn gift cards or cash rewards via Paypal.

Most of the surveys take around 10-15 minutes to complete.

LifePoints

The main way that you can earn with LifePoints is by taking part in surveys. There are also opportunities to do mini-polls or product testing.

PrizeRebel

You can earn points for taking online surveys, watching videos, taking part in challenges and completing tasks.

This is only available in the US, but it’s definitely worth getting if you are over there.

Another survey site! Do you see a pattern here?! We are lucky that there are so many survey sites out there that we can earn Amazon gift cards or cash on, because we can find the ones that work best for us.

The focus on this app is similar to the one mentioned above – downloading other apps.

Shopkick

This is an app that you can earn rewards on, which they refer to as ‘kicks’.

You can earn the kicks from visiting online stores, watching videos, buying things online through them, going into stores with the app open and so on.

Mobee

This is a fun one! Mobee is a secret shopper app where you can complete missions in your local stores.

To redeem for an Amazon gift card, the minimum amount of points you’ll need is 2500.
